Automaticly Email a Workbook via Outlook

Please help,

I am trying to send a excel file on a monthly basis to a set email address(s).
I use excel 2003 and have very little to NO experience with VB..

You will have to have Excel open to use these methods.

Welcome to the Board!

To follow on Peter's suggestion (Ron spells out the methods very well), you could use the Windows' Scheduler (Start-->All Programs-->Accessories-->System Tools-->Task Scheduler) to open the workbook, then have the open event trigger the e-mail and close itself. But you're taking a head first dive into VB then.
