I have created a database that has 2000+ entries that are reviewed weekly. The items are maintained on a sheet called import. On a sheet titled calculations, I have created a drop down list of all of the entries in cell G2. Once the item is selected in G2 a number of calculations are completed and an analysis is done very quickly. I then have to select G2, press arrow down and enter for the next item on the list to be evaluated. I am looking to create a macro to assign to a button that will automate that process of selecting the next item In the drop down list. Tired of pressing keys 6000 times to look at 200 items.

any help would be appreciated!

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

Maybe you have to provide more info on this. How are the entries determined? every single row from import? or unique values of a certain column? or? How are you setting up the drop down list? data validation on a single excel's range column? named range? or?
