Automating the recalculate F9 key function.

G'day, I have a worksheet that calculates results based on the difference between 2 dates. In one cell I have a start date e.g. 01/07/06 09:00:00 and in another cell I have the current date and time i.e. the formula NOW(). Hitting the F9 key every few seconds refreshes the current time and hence recalculates my values. I wonder if there is a way of using code or a macro to automate this whilst the workbook is open, preferably with a facility to adjust the frequency at which recalculations are performed e.g. every 2 seconds or every 10 seconds. As ever any help gratefully appreciated!

If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
