Automation of sending emails from Out Look

Hi,

I have a regular activity on monthly basis, is that I send emails to the Project leaders with the attachment which contains the details for Project leader to review. I have some around 40 Project leaders and I have send 40 emails with 40 different attachments. The content of the email will be same for all the emails. Every month we will use the same content but we will change the due date in the content.

Now what I need is, can I draft 40 emails at a time basing on the Project leader name in the excel sheet. Or Can I get 40 emails drafted automatically with the same content and I can attach files and fill the "To" and "Cc" mail address manually..
