Autopopulating data , by copying the columns

Hi Team,

I need your help. I saw your youtube videos. This is quite urgent within tomorrow
. I will explain the need.
Sheet2 has MID, Name, shift code, each row need to be copied and pasted in sheet1 in the columns and date for this month 1-30 should be autopopulated with the same data, then it should next row, copy the values into the cells in Sheet1 and auto populate the dates from Aug1-30.
Whenever we enter a row in sheet2 and run macro, it should get copied to sheet1 with dates autofilled for that month(only date).

I think that the last available column after pasting to dataset is done by relative positioning
