Autosave. Or working with data from open workbooks?

Hi!

Lika topic, can you autosave in Excel 2007, in a matter that will allow you work with data from another workbook.
If that workbook is open on another computer?

Say you wanna work with a formula thats in:
='S:\Shared\workbook\\[Our workbook.xlsm]His work'!C4

And you want the updated data.

I hope you guys understand what im after. .
