I'm not sure if this is completely possible or not, but I do Quadrant Analysis with Excel's XY Scatterplot. There are two rectangles on the chart that I need to resize when the data changes. I need the upper right corner of rectangle1 to equal the median point which is plotted on the chart & the lower left to equal (0,0). The other rectangle needs to have the lowerleft point be the plotted median point and the upper right point to be(x-axis-max, y-axis-max). Any idea if this is possible?

Also is there any VBA language that will allow the chart to place the data labels so they are not on top of each other when the data points are close?

Thanks!

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Thanks, but I dont think that will work, because my Quadrants are not perfectly shaped. The Quadrants move with the data. It's all dependent on where the median point is plotted... The median point can be closer to the y axis, or closer to the x axis resulting in uneven squares. That is why I need the boxes to move with the median point.
