Autosorting from One Worksheet to a Second Worksheet

Tried searching for this, but couldn't find an answer...

I have 'raw data' in Worksheet1, with 2 date columns
:::> Date1 | Data1 | Data2 | Date2
I always have it sorted on Date1 in Worksheet1.

(BTW, both date columns do not have unique dates. For example 1/1/05 could show up 3-5 times in the column.)

I would like to have a second worksheet that always contains all the data from Worksheet1 but is sorted on *Date2*.

Is it possible to do this without using a macro?

If it does require a macro, I can just program it myself, no biggie. But it would be cool if I could somehow use references (ie. ='Worksheet1'A1:...)

Thanks for reading...

anyone? If anyone thinks it *can't* be done... that would be helpful as well. So I can move on.

Thanks again.
