Average 6 Numbers

I need to every 6 numbers averaged from column A and return the averages in cell C2, C3, C4, and so on following in that trend for about 400 rows.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Sort by date Sort by votes
How about
=AVERAGE(INDEX($A$2:$A$100,ROW(A1)*6-5):INDEX($A$2:$A$100,ROW(A1)*6))
