Average Duration Time

Hello,
I have a worksheet with Job names and the durations each took. The duration data is formatted h:mm. I created a pivot table to average the time for each job but I am getting the #DIV/0! error. What am I missing?

May be time displaying as HH:MM but maybe it is text.

I figured out the issue, I had to use Text To Columns on my Average Duration Column.
