Trying to get an average for a range of cells. I want to enter a months worth of data. So up to 31 rows I have designated for this. The problem is that I am only going to be entering certain rows every month because we do not work on weekends, holidays, etc...

How can I make it only count the cells that I enter a value into? I should also mention that the average cell is calculating from a range that is summing up another range of cells so there are zeros in all 31 rows until I enter something into it.

I hope this makes sense. Thanks for the help.
