Average of any numbers above 0 and bellow 0?

Formula to find the average of any numbers above 0 and bellow 0 from H4:20, only numbers above 0 and bellow 0 are averaged?

Use AVERAGEIF or AVEREGEIFS

I tried but i want the total average of all the positive numbers above 0 and bellow 0 from H4:H20, so the cells with 0 wont be counted.
