Average or sum a range only if ALL have cell values > 0

Trying to find a formula that will average only if EACH cell has a value greater than 0 in it; or if the last 3 consecutive months have a value greater than 0. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off

I understand "slightly" what you want to achieve, could you help by posting a sample of your data structure, with sample data and results

I have values in cells

A1 = 100, B1 = 0, C1 = 500 (do not average, does not meet criteria)
A2 = 100, B2 = 500, C2 = 500 (average, meets criteria)

This should work for your example:

=IF(COUNTIF(A1:C1,">0")=3,AVERAGE(A1:C1),"")
