Average percentage

Dear Friends,

I want to do the following:


Show the average percentage in A1 of all percentages in column B, BUT only if the corresponding cell in column C is NOT BLANK.

Kinldy advise.

=AVERAGEIFS(B:B,C:C,"<>")

Or if C text...

=AVERAGEIFS(B:B,C:C,"?*")
