Hi, Hoping someone can help I need to Average cells which are not adjacent , but struggling to adapt the following formula:

=IF(G31="--","--",AVERAGE(IF(ISERROR(G32:I32),"",G32:I32))).

I need to adapt this formula to include the following cell ranges G32:I32 & AN32:AS32 ( 1st formula is average of period figures and formula also need is average of last 3 periods

On a seperate but related note I was looking for a way to automate this , so if I select a period ( 1-13) from a drop down box it automatically gives me the average of the previous 3 months figures inc current one e.g. P1 will give me P12,P13 & P1 ( rolling periods) & data relates to call scorings so each agent has 3 calls per period x 13 periods - 39 Calls Cell references for data ( scores are G32-AS32 ). The plan was then to adapt so I could select 6 mthly figures. I know I can always calculate manually and copy the cells, but wondering if another way?
