Averaging Function

I am having a problem getting the correct average to show for a filtered list.
When I use the normal "=Average()" function, it returns the average of all of the values in the specified range - b2:b72 for example.
How would I edit this to see the average for only the values returned when looking at the filtered list (for example - cells b7, b12, b23, b54 and b65)

any ideas???
