I have a situation where i have 12 months in a row acroos my worksheet.( Jan-Dec), and i have 6 catgories with total number of students that attend across the top. each month has 4 dates. so what you have is each month they meet weekly and i have a attendance number.
I another place on the worksheet is where i have all the months listed and off the the side i once again put the 6 class catogerys. what i want to do is have a formula that will give me a adverage attendance based on the 4 weeks within the month and also i we havent came to that month to adverage yet that we have a 0 put in that cell.

so what im asking for is this: i want to be able to have a adverage formula or maybe be called a roling adverage for 4 weekly numbers as i enter the attendance. and be placed under each month in the proper catagory.

Thanks

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Just highlight the data on your sheet then CTRL+C to copy then CTRL+V to paste in a reply.

Only sample data is needed or paste direct if not sensitive info for you.
