If you are to produce appropriate charts for each quarter to make comparison of the various sales and expenses components based on each month. how to make an easy retrieval of the charts? For example, when the user clicks on a button, the relevant chart is displayed.

Where is the chart? You could create a hyperlink to a cell at or near your chart. Right click the cell where you want the link, select Hyperlink and follow the menu to select the chart area that you want.
