Im thing about building a macro my teacher dosn't know much uin exel but i would like to mack both sheets work togher i cdoulde coupy the morning snack ruch and the lunch ruch but here is the tricky par we need to make macro backwords compatibale with exell 2002 and i own exel 2007 how do i do it.

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
You could write/record/test it exclusively on a 2002 machine, or write/record it on a 2007 machine and test it on a 2002 machine, adjusting for errors you run across. Most of them should be of the "method not supported" type and should be fairly easy to flag.

If you do it in 2007 you can post it here, as many members run multiple versions and might be able to make the appropriate adjustments for you (note might, not will).

I'm also a new person but how do i tell it to shiow the totals from sheet on andc bring it over to sheet 2 but i'm using the sum formula in the sheeet how do i go around the proble.

What have you tried?

=Sheet1!A1 will pull data from sheet 1, cell A1.

You'll need to be more specific to get more specifics.
