Bar Chart - Getting Y Axis along the bottom

Hello

I have a simple bar chart but the Y axis is along the top of the chart, I want it along the bottom. Reversing the category order of the X axis put the Y axis along the bottom but leaves me with the X axis categories in the wrong order.

Anyone have a simple solution?
