Basic Line Chart-

I have made hundreds of charts in the past and this is the first time I have run into this problem.

The problem is that I have 2 series of 120 data points I want to chart.

When I only put the data in without the labels(above them) the chart works fine but when I put the labels in about half way through, the data flatlines and picks up toward the end of the chart. The obvious question would be is the data correct in the table? Yes, it works fine with the data only but when I add in label row it gives me the flat line problem.

I am not sure how to inlcude my data set on here so if it would be helpful to you let me know and we can figure out how to get it on here.
