.bat file in excell

how do i make a .bat file to copy a load of .jpg & make a new .jpg of all with a different name . meaning 1.jpg to leave it as 1.jpg but also make it to a.jpg.ect.. will like to append to the file coping files & giving it an other name also thanks in advance

how do i copy all pictures .tif& .jpg on my drive including folder sub folder & sub sub folders in 1 folder without the outside folders meaning all in H:folder pictures
