Hello:

I'm aware of the BeforePrint event but I don't know if it'll work - I have a macro which when ran, prints the activesheet and copies data from the sheet to a History Log. I'd like for my user to be prompted to use the button where the macro is located as opposed to using the standard print button.

So, if the user clicks the standard print button, is there anyway to prompt them with a dialog and exit the print command? Thank you so much. :)

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
atmospheric,

Thanks for your reply. If I were to remove the button from the toolbar it wouldn't be available for all WB/Sheets - not just the one I am writing about.
