Before Print - Application not workbook

I read in one of the topics that you can do a before print "Application" instead of workbook. How is that done? I'm creating an addin.

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

Search Help for "Application Object Events" then click the link "Using Events with the Application Object".
