Begginer question - Returning a value from a choice of two combobox

Hi people!

I have two combobox that you choose two cities. These values goes to two cells.

I want the distance between these cities. I have a table that shows the distances between all the cities. In this example I want the distance between 2(Porto Alegre) and 5(Florianópolis) = 456

How could I do that? I searched for "array" but I dont think that array is usefull in this case.
