Bell Curve in Graph formatting

I was taught how to graph a bell curve in a basic bar graph. But at the end, when I formatted the Y-axis scale a bit smaller (0-20 instead of 0-25, the shape of my bell curve stayed exactly the same and did not change with my data. It seems to be a scaling issue with the seconadry axis along the right side of the graph (in which i hid the markers). I know this is difficult to explain...any ideas?

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.

Is the scaling factor *.08 in my NORMDIST formula? Is that an example or do I really use *.08?

Thanks, an amatuer....

I just used NORMDIST to generate some values. Use your own values. I used 0.8 (or =20/25) as a scaling factor since you seemed interested in that reduction.

The point is: You affect the scaling in your data -- not via the Y-Axis Scale setting.
