I setup a file to house a collection of macros that we have developed over the years. My goal was to create a toolbar that we could install on the machines of all staff in the department. So I created the toolbar and linked the menu items to the macros I created in the new file. When I click on one of the macros, it has to open this file to run the macro. Is there any way around this? It seems now like a better option might be to put them in the personal.xls file and send that out to staff. Is there another option I can consider? I thought the toolbar (.xlb file) would contain the macros but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Making progress but need some help. How do I make the items "visible" to the user? I can run the macros if I bring up the macro box and manually type the name in but I can't figure out how to add them as a toolbar or menu item.
