I am trying to come up with a table that lists people's preferences and changes depending on what options there are.

For example, if I was a realtor with several clients I want to list their names in column "A" and then enter yes or no in each other column for their preferences (big or small, urban or rural, etc.). I then want to find a way to order column "A" based on what home I'm planning to show (aka, if I have a big rural home change the listing to have people who said yes to both on top, followed by people who said yes to one, and have people who said no to both on the bottom) and change it based on what home is being considered.
