Best Excel book, especially for charts and graphs, Kindle preferred

Can anyone recommend a really good book on Excel? If there is one that deals specifically with charts and graphs, that would be ideal. If not, and I couldn't find one, then a general book that includes extensive details about charts and graphs. I would prefer one that is more of a "how to" book with step-by-step examples than a reference book, but any excellent book would be good.
