Best Practice for Worksheet Object placed in Word - Embed or Link (Sharing with others)

Hello,
Looking for ideas on whether to link or embed a spreadsheet into a Word document. The Word document will be reviewed by several others. i choose to Link XL object into Word.

Will others be prompted to open the link when opening Word and get frustrated with the message? I find that Embedding is discrete in that you don't get any messages.

Any ideas, thoughts?
