I do not have much Access knowledge, but what I am trying to do is use Access to create 1 table from many on our Teradata DB. I then need to bring parts of this data to Excel as the users dictate...so only their areas information. What options do I have to push/pull Data from Access, and sum the information as needed?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
This will bring all rows in, but I only want select records.

Table has:

Location|Location Group|Productgroup|Supplier|District|Fill %|Error Qty|Sales|Orders

I want to know a subtotal of each column where:

Product Group = User Defined Choice
Location Group = User Defined Choice

The goal is to keep the Users out of Access, they would have a spreadsheet where they specify their areas and the week to look at, and the results in the worksheet will be their info only.
