Best way to learn access coding?

I know access, table, form, query report. But dont know how to write codes. But I want to create a MIS programme for for my HR department which needs coding which I know very little. So is there any sample program codes which I can see and understand how a complete program looks like? any example of MIS codes but not zip, I cant download. or any other suggested link to codes and articles?
