Hi there -

I would love some suggestions on the best way to show both the percent of the row and the "n" of how many that represents.

Ideallly, I would love to have just the values in the data table and the percent on the chart. The vaues are only to show if it was a large or small representation of the sample.

But, even having them both in the chart would be ok.

There are about 15 Categories/Horizontal Axis Labels.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you - Suzanne

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Hard to say what you need here without seeing an example....

Have you tried going to the "Value Field Settings" and changing the "Show Values As" to "% of Row Total", "% of Grand Total" etc?

These are 2 charts of the same data. One the data label is percent, the other is the actual number. I am using percent of Total to get the percent - but am wondering if there is a way to show both values in one chart - than have the 2 charts.

Hopefully the images help - it was probably the easiest way to show and not include information on the data content.

Thanks
