I am trying to make a formula to take a column with dates and if they are between 11/30/16 to 12/08/16 then put statement "MONTH END".
Description Date Formula
Accounts Payable Accrual 11/30/2016 MONTHEND
Accounts Payable Accrual 11/30/2016 MONTHEND
Accounts Payable Accrual 11/30/2016 MONTHEND
Accounts Payable Accrual 12/11/2016 NA
Accounts Payable Accrual 12/12/2016 NA
Accounts Payable Accrual 12/13/2016 NA
Accounts Payable Accrual 12/06/2016 MONTHEND

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Is this what you need?

=IF(OR(B2<--"2016-11-30",B2>--"2016-12-08"),"NA","MONTHEND")
