Billable days on a pro rata basis

I need a formula that will determine the billable day on a pro-rata basis from total hours worked - the qualification is that more than 10 hours must be worked on any one day for that day to be billed as greater than a single working day. Further, only the hours beyond 10 are counted in the pro-rata calculation. I also require the formula to round to the nearest 0.025.

Billable days: 0.500 1.000 1.000 1.250 1.375 0.625

I'm not sure where you re getting your numbers from as if 10 is a full day then the maths should be simple
