Everytime I open an Excel Worksheet, a second blank worksheet opens along with the one selected. This has only started over the last couple of weeks or so, how do I stop this from happening?

Can you explain exactly how you are opening a workbook?

Could you delete your duplicate posts?
Click the "X" in the upper corner of your extra posts and answer "Yes".

If you click the Submit button more than once, it will post more than once. So even if it appears to "hang" or "lock up", do not hit the Submit button more than once.

If you open Tools | Options
In the General Tab
What do you have in the "At startup, open all files in:" field?

If you have Excel already open, say to a saved named workbook. Then open another workbook using the File | Open dialogbox, does Excel also create a new workbook named Book1?
