Blinking Text - Driving me Insane

I know there are numerous responses to "blinking text", "blinking cell", "blinking font" - I've tried every suggestion here and everywhere else on the internet I could find something. This is driving me "blinking" insane!!!

Anyone interested in taking my spreadsheet and making this work for me???

I have a workbook with 3 sheets... on the 1st sheet I'd like to blink or flash the text in cells b71 & c71. I just want it to blink forever - no conditions... just keep blinking all the time.

This would be great if I had not already tried it and cannot get it to work.

It works for me. Be aware that there is a health risk from blinking text to susceptible individuals. Plus it is intensely annoying.
