Block (not break or edit) links to other workbooks

Hi, I'd like to block the ability of users of a workbook from linking to other workbooks. I'd like users to either have to hard type of copy / paste from another source, but not to link directly to another workbook. Is this at all possible in Excel? I've seen lots of posts regarding breaking or editing existing links, but found nothing to help preventing links in the first place. Thanks in advance for your time and patience.
