Booking for Hotel

I have struggled to solve booking for hotel, see attached picture. On the
left side I add new bookings, not necessarly in order and bookings can also dissapear. How do I solve formula for this. The last booking is overbooked and It would be good if booking information turn red to highlite
the problem.

I skip picture for the moment, but the table look like the one I wrote.
This table can be up to 30 bookings. And I need to only? check so dates do not collide.
