Would really appreciate if anyone has any good book they have read which have helped them build thier knowledge on developing in Exce / Access in VBA ??

For a first vba book I recommend John Walkenbach's Excel VBA Programming for Dummies. Also very good is the "Business solutions" series, with our own Bill Jelen (aka Mr Excel) on the vba side (VBA and Macros for Microsoft Excel) and an book on the formula side in the same series (Formulas and Functions with Microsoft Office Excel). Also frequently recommended at the intermediate/advanced level is Power Programming with VBA. I got a lot out of an old Wrox tome called Excel 2003 VBA Programmer's Reference (there are newer versions now, though).

IMO, starting off for VBA in Excel all one needs is John Walkenbach's 'Power Programming with VBA'. For me it was Excel 2000 Power Programming with VBA

Though you've asked about books it is worth saying that the internet has endless other resources. Answering forum posts on Mr Excel is a great way to improve your knowledge

Once you're OK with Excel VBA, the book to get is http://www.appspro.com/Books/ProExcelDev.htm

For Access VBA, I can not advise.

With those two Excel VBA books, plenty of practice & google ('cause it will help you go to endless depth & subjects) you should be able to learn all (the Excel VBA) you need
