Border around picture won't go away

Hi Excel group,

I have a sheet that the border will not go away even when I select format, no outline. It's a light gray box. The background is white so it stands out.

I used name manager and set up a formula, then inserted a picture and assigned the picture to the name that i created. The formula works. However the box won't go away for the life of me. Thanks for any help you can offer. I searched with no luck.

Are you absolutely certain that the picture itself does not contain a border?
