Borders - Is there a way to have NO Borders displayed if no data is found?

I usually have tests for my formulas like this = =ROUNDUP(IF('VEGAS - Main'!$C$2>=1,$C5/4," "),0)

If I get a false response I get a result of " "

I have enclosed a picture of my code if it get a false entry - but the borders remain? Is there a way to add to my formula that is I get a False results the Borders do not display?

Thanks for you help - Thanks

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Do not put any borders in to start.
Then you can use Conditional Formatting to show borders if the result is a valid number.

For example, if the formula is in cel F10, then select F10 and go to Conditional Formatting, select the "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" option, and enter this formula:
=ISNUMBER(F10)

Then go to the Border tab, and select the Outline border option and press OK.
