Hello,

I'm new to this board and from what I have read I think you guys wont have any problem with this question at all..

I work tracking information on employees. At my job they work with handhelds ( RF's ) to count parts in a warehouse.. Every transaction they do is recorded on our system and imported into excel where I have a pivot table breaking down that information into (qty, time stamps, total transactions and user name). What I would like to do is break it down even more so I can get hourly data. How many transactions they did in that hour and qty.

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="300"><col style="width: 69pt;" width="92"> <col style="width: 57pt;" width="76"> <col style="width: 99pt;" width="132"> <tbody><tr style="height: 15pt;" height="20"> <td style="height: 15pt; width: 69pt; font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-weight: 700; text-decoration: none; font-family: Calibri; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(219, 229, 241);" height="20" width="92">

This is sorta the way it looks like at the moment.. So as you see I have to go by timestamps and break down how many they did in a hour and the number of pcs.

The pivot table grows all day long. I can add code to add between the hours each time I update but I would like to have this done automatically if possible..

I would like to see
John at 4:00:00 did a total of 6147 pcs and 3 transactions
We work 8 hour shifts so it would be nice if the pivot table could do that every hour.

Sorry if my detail is not that great.. But is this possible?

Thanks
