Hi. I have been working on a spreadsheet that should help us improve both productivity, and speed to help us stay afloat during the covid slowdown.
My initial spreadsheet worked beautifully, in that column A would change colors to indicate a new project status with each phase of the project being completed
by entering a date in the next column.

In order to make it a little more user friendly, I also added a user form for data entry, which is also working thanks to the some great help.... however,
when using the userform for data entry, the project progress/color changing is now not working. Could anyone please take a look and tell me what I am doing
wrong that has caused one code to work and the other not to work?

Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
Your change event is looking at row 6 for the colours, rather than row3
