Bubbles Question - Scale problem

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction here. I'm trying to log values on a bubble chart where 2 high outlying values are skewing the X Axis. Is there any way I can stagger the axis so that I can represent the outlying figures on the graph without stretching the axis? I know that logs sometimes can help with axis scale problems, but I need to show these figures as their true values. Any help greatly appreciated.
