Budget Graph that Shows AMounts Above and Below 100%

Hi there,

I am sure this has been solved on this forum but searching "Budget, Burn Down, Graph, Gas Tank" and a number of other keywords haven't been fruitful.

Here is the project.
*I have a fixed budget per release (A1 - A5)
* Amount Allocated (B1-B5)
* Remainig Budget (C1-C5)
* Amount Over (D1-D5)

What I am trying to do is simply have a graph that shows if Budget = 100%, for each release, am I above or below that Budget.

Like I said, this I am sure has been solved but can't seem to find a thread for it.

I would create another column all with 100%, and that will give you a straight line across to see if you are above or below.
