I'm a manager at a hockey arena and trying to simplify my scheduling process but not sure on how or if I'm able to do a few things. Got 4 sheets 1st is to input employees name, job, number etc which called employees, 2nd was called schedule basically everyones name with a hyperlink to there personal schedule get to that in a second, 3rd was a copy of the calender named such, 4th was a total of everyones hours on a daily and weekly basis called hours I'd like to 1 being want to click the links on the Schedule Sheet and get basically the Calender sheet to input the person i click there name I currently have everyone in a folder and the times are getting input onto each persons calender. 2 some sort of way of simplizing the Schedule area to fit a full years worth of dates it currently shows an in time, out time, and hrs work which probably could remove but haven't yet but takes up a huge chunk of space for just a month and would like to have a button or something that goes to the month i click or something along those lines. 3rd was I would like excel to put up a you are over staffed thing if I staff to many people for a certain job. Thanks to anyone who could help
