Hi

Is it possible to create a button that would run Access macro from Windows explorer?

I've created a macro in Access and want to make it available to my colleagues. But I don't want them to enter in my database. Is there a way create a button or something in the windows explorer (folder) by clicking on which the macro could be run?

Thanks
Rajesh

I don't know about that, but here is something you can do that might work for you.

You can create a new Access database that links to your primary database, and you can name your macro AutoExec, which will then run automatically upon opening it. If you include a step to close your database to close the database at the end, then opening the database will automatically open the database, run the macro, and shut down without any user interaction.
