Button for Refresh All automation + manual

I have datasource from web APIs which need to be updated continuously using 'Refresh All'.

How do I implement such a button: the update should always keep happening every 10 minutes, AND if I press the button, it should manually Refresh All once in addition to the refresh that is happening every 10 minutes.
