Buttons and charts not visible for some users

Hi there

I have a workbook (Excel 2010) with VBA & Macro buttons / charts.

It has 2 standard sheets - instructions sheet & sheet selection button menu to hidden template sheets. 22 hidden template sheets each have activeX buttons on them as well as at least 1 chart.

The problem I have is this:

1. Workbook and macros work fine on WIn7 / Excel 2010 (origin PC), as well as 2 other Excel 2010 environments, 1 excel 2007 environment and 1 Excel 2013 environment. All good - no problems whatsoever. Buttons / macros / charts work on both original sheets and any of the hidden sheets when they become active.

2. However, 4 different users (unrelated), can't get it to work in their Excel 2010 as well as a 2016 user. Their issue:
* Buttons on original 2 sheets are visible and work perfectly to swap between sheets. Also, the menu buttons to activate the hidden sheets also work and hidden sheets will be displayed.
* Once the hidden sheet is displayed, they cannot see any of the buttons or chart(s) on these unhidden sheets (whilst the buttons on the original 2 sheets are still there and perfectly visible and functional)

Any suggestions as to why it would work in some cases and not others?

Help appreciated.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Update -- a user on whose PC everything works, activates a hidden sheet, amends the sheet, enters data and thus auto updates the chart(s).
When they then give this workbook to a person who could not see the buttons/chart on an activated hidden sheet before, that person can now see the newly activated hidden sheet with buttons and chart.
However, when they themselves then try and activate another hidden sheet, the original problem still persists in that the new unhidden sheets again don't have any of the activeX buttons or charts visible...
